Privacy Policy

Effective June 1, 2026

IntelSDR helps SDR teams draft personalized outbound emails faster. This policy explains what data is processed, why it is processed, and what IntelSDR does not collect. It is written in plain English.

What data is processed

When you click Generate (or, on Pro+ and Max plans, when IntelSDR scores a lead in parallel), only the following items are processed:

• Your IntelSDR license key — used to confirm your subscription status and identify your plan tier.
• Your OpenAI API key — used to generate each email (and, on Pro+ and Max, score each lead) on your behalf. Your account, your usage, your bill.
• The visible text from the page you've opened — used as context for that one email or score and nothing else.
• Your one-line product description — used so the email mentions your actual offer rather than a generic AI guess.
• Your booking link, if you've added one (Pro+ and Max only) — used so the email's call-to-action can drop your calendar URL inline. Sent only on the request, never stored server-side.

Nothing else leaves your browser.

How requests are handled

Requests are processed in real time. Your subscription is checked, the email is generated (and on Pro+ and Max, the lead is also scored), and the result is returned to your browser. We do not keep a database of user prompts, generated emails, or lead scores; we do not log license keys, OpenAI keys, or booking links; and we do not log the contents of pages you analyze. Cloudflare, which provides the underlying infrastructure, may retain standard edge connection metadata as part of its service.

Third-party services

• Gumroad - handles purchase, billing, and license issuance. See Gumroad's privacy policy.
• OpenAI - generates the email text using your own API key. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare - provides the secure infrastructure IntelSDR runs on. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

What is stored on your device

IntelSDR uses Chrome local storage to remember:

• Your IntelSDR license key
• Your OpenAI API key
• Your one-line product description (used in generated emails)
• Your booking link, if you've added one (Pro+ / Max)
• Your last known plan tier (so the popup loads instantly without re-verifying)
• Your light or dark theme preference

These values stay on your device except during a Generate or Score request, and only for the processing described above. A short-lived session token (30-minute expiry) is also kept in Chrome's session storage while your browser is running, and is automatically cleared when you restart Chrome.

What IntelSDR does not do

• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, and no tracking SDK of any kind.
• No selling data. IntelSDR does not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties beyond the necessary services above.
• No ads. IntelSDR has no ads and no ad partners.
• No telemetry. We do not collect usage statistics, error reports, click data, or anything similar.
• No marketing emails from this product. Purchase and license emails come from Gumroad and are governed by Gumroad's policy.

Your rights and data removal

You can remove all locally stored IntelSDR data at any time by:

• Right-clicking the IntelSDR icon in Chrome - Manage extension - Site settings - Clear data, or
• Uninstalling the extension entirely.

If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR), or California (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal data is held, to request its deletion, and to obtain a copy. Because IntelSDR does not retain any user data on its servers, uninstalling the extension is sufficient to erase every record we have. For anything else, contact us at the address below.

Children's privacy

IntelSDR is a B2B sales tool for working professionals. It is not designed for or directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly process data from anyone under that age.

Changes to this policy

IntelSDR may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of IntelSDR after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
